Handled video editing for TV shows, films, documentaries, music videos, and commercials on a per project basis for various networks and production companies in multiple countries.

• Head video editor for many music videos, including the “2006 Best Italian Music DVD” E’ Solo Un Rock’n’Roll Show, a collection of related music videos with an underlying   story for Vasco Rossi, a top Italian rock artist.

• Handled editing for the documentary Yalla New Media and Peace 2014

• Handled editing for ALBAKIARA, a feature film that was shown in 350+ theaters       throughout Italy.

• First Assistant Film Editor/Head Trailer Editor on Agata and the Storm, a multi-million dollar film by Silvio Soldini.

• First assistant editor on Face Addict, a feature documentary about the New York artist scene in the 70s and 80s.

• Video editor on 12 episodes of H24, a reality TV series about a Rome emergency room that was broadcast by the

RAI 3 National Italian Channel and produced by Grundy/Italia in 2005.

• Editor for Ta l’Avess, and independent feature film that was shot in 1999.

developing African countries.

• Led the video editing team on multiple documentaries that were broadcast on CCTV Africa.

RAI CORPORATION (ITALIAN TELEVISION NETWORK), NEW YORK, NY 2006 – 2012

STAFF VIDEO EDITOR/CAMERAMAN

Tasked with video editing under tight deadlines for TV news programs and documentaries focused on American politics,

religion, and culture. Acted as cameraman for news events, fact-checked, and handled voiceover recording and sound mixing.

• Main editor on Da Wall Street a Gran Torino, a feature documentary film about the 2008 fall of the NYSE.

• Successfully leveraged expertise in music and effects to heighten drama in news documentary segments.

• Acted as editor and cameraman on the ground for coverage of various live entertainment and news events, including

the 2008 Barack Obama election campaign, the 2010 Haiti earthquake, Super Bowls, and Michel Jackson’s funeral.

MAXMAN/ITC MOVIE, ITALY 2000 - 2003

FIRST VIDEO EDITOR

Responsible for the direction of the video editing department for a company that produced multiple projects broadcast by

major Italian television channels, high-end commercials shot in 35mm, and music videos for popular Italian singers.

• Managed editing on 33 episodes each for the MTV Italia reality series’ MTV Trip Looser and MTV Trip España.

• Directed editing on 8 weekly episodes of La Clinica Degli Animali for Canale 5 TV Network.

• Edited multiple 35 mm commercial spots for broadcast, including Gioielli Comete (30/20 sec) and Viakal (30 sec).

Charged with editing video for television shows in the areas of reality, documentary, and news using Avid.

• Edited 24 episodes for the documentary/fiction series In Crociera that was broadcast on Rete 4 TV Network.

• Edited 15 episodes for the reality television series La Scuola in Diretta that was broadcast on Italia1 Channel.

• Led the editing of dozens of video journalism projects for Report, a top investigative journalism show in Italy.

Episodes of the show led to various government investigations and had a significant impact on Italian politics.
